Rewards & Loyalty
Loyalty Points
Tip Top Bingo rewards players with Loyalty Points, which are also referred to on the site as Points, Bingo Points or Coins. Players can accumulate these points through promotions, the purchase of bingo cards, or via bingo chat room games. Players get Loyalty Points for every £5 bet or 35p bingo card purchased. 1,000 Loyalty Points can be redeemed for £1 of bonus money.
VIP Program
Tip Top Bingo’s VIP club operates by invitation. Its members are reviewed every month. The casino management reserves the right to upgrade, downgrade or exclude players.
The cash back VIP members receive every Thursday varies depending on the level:
Diamond - 15% up to £200
Emerald - 10% up to £125,
Sapphire - 7% up to £75
Ruby - 5% up to £50.
The scope of the information regarding the VIP program is kept at a minimum on the actual website, so we recommend players to find out more if they choose to register.
Promotions
At Tip Top Bingo Casino, each bonus has its own wagering requirements. Bingo bonuses have a 6x wagering requirement, instant games bonuses have an 85x wagering requirement, deposit bonuses have a 70x wagering requirement, and free spins also have an 85x wagering requirement.
Different games, however, contribute different percentages towards these wagering requirements. The chart below specifies the differences between each game type:
Game | % Contribution |
---|---|
Slots, Scratch cards, Keno, Race, PJP & Arcade games | 100% |
Hi-Lo, Roulette, Live Roulette, Wheel of Light, Blackjacks, Video Poker & Live Blackjacks | 0% |
It’s important to know that free tickets and bingo vouchers may have an expiration date. All vouchers, bonus funds, and loyalty points will be forfeited if players do not log in to their accounts for a period of 90 days.

About Tip Top Bingo
What Software and Games Does Tip Top Bingo Have?
Software
Tip Top Bingo offers games built on numerous software platforms by a variety of top-name developers--several of them, predictably, adjuncts of 888 Holdings.
Dragonfish
Owned by 888 Holdings, Dragonfish offers a powerful, easy-to-customize platform upon which it builds a substantial, popular portfolio of games.
888 Gaming
888 Holdings’ own self-branded software company launched in 1997, developing software for electronic casino games, slots, bingo, and poker in the early days of digital gambling. Gaming products still form a crucial part of the portfolio.
NetEnt
Swedish game-design giant NetEnt was an outgrowth of Cherryföretagen, a traditional casino gaming company dating back to 1968.
Evolution Gaming
In business since 2006, Evolution Gaming provides software to over 200 customers and its HQ is in Stockholm, Sweden.
Eyecon
Purchased by Playtime, Eyecon produces popular video slots including Fluffy Favorites, Sugar Train, Stampede, Striker Goes Wild, Past the Post, and 99 Time.
Fluffy Favorites was a major competitor to Playtime before they purchased the company, with a large footprint on 888 and Dragonfish sites.
Random Logic
Another 888 Holdings property, Random Logic produces software used on 888’s own branded online casinos and other respected online gambling sites.
IGT
Founded in Nevada in 1975 as “Lottomatica” producing slot machines and casino tech, International Game Technology still maintains an office in Las Vegas, but has expanded to a London HQ with satellite offices in Providence and Rome.
Games
Tip Top Bingo Casino seemingly exists to provide superlative slots and ‘good’ bingo, maybe preferring to stick with what it does best?
Bingo
While bingo is writ large in the title, there are actually very few bingo rooms on this site, with only five active right now. But as we say above, maybe it’s a case of knowing what they know works for their player base?
Still, if you want to jump on for a bingo game, you can find:
- 90-Ball Bingo. The most popular bingo game in Britain, 90 Ball revolves around three-line cards with nine boxes in each line. Winners are declared when they fill one line, two lines, or three lines (full house) of each card. This form of bingo has better odds of winning, but also usually features lower payouts.
- 75-Ball Bingo. The most popular form of bingo in the United States and sometimes referred to as “American Bingo,” 75 Ball is played on a 5x5 grid of 25 squares, with multiple grids on each card. Players win when they achieve five in a row, up or down, in boxes with the letters B-I-N-G-O across the X axis and numbers along the Y axis.
- Swedish Bingo. Swedish Bingo is played in three rounds on four grids of 5x5 squares per card, similar to American Bingo. Players try to cover one line in Round 1, three lines in Round 2, and an entire 25-square grid in round three for escalating wins.

That’s sure to satiate your slots appetite but we still feel … well, where’s the bingo and why allow this monster slots list to overtake the site’s now unfitting branding?
Should it not be called ‘Slots Behemoth’, ‘Slotalot’ or something similar? Okay, we’ll stop whining now but point made… ?
Can I Play Tip Top Bingo On My Mobile Phone?
While a fully-fledged mobile app is not available to play Tip Top Bingo on the road, tiptopbingo.com is optimized for mobile devices, meaning you can access all of its games in mobile-friendly format on mobile versions of browsers including Chrome, Safari, and Firefox.
The mobile-responsive site resizes itself to smartphones and tablet screens for an optimal gaming experience on whatever device you choose. The lightweight, minimalist design allows the site to load quickly.
That said, it’s a little amusing how Tip Top Bingo tries to make lemonade out of its no-mobile-app lemons by touting “No Download Required.” Indeed … you certainly can’t download what doesn’t exist. But maybe we’re being picky, since the no-app system works absolutely fine. But the younger audience loves apps...
What Bonuses and Promotions Does Tip Top Bingo Have?
Welcome Bonus
As with many online casino bonuses, the welcome offer at Tip Top Bingo consists of free cash with a small deposit, combined with a “free spins” reward. This bonus is only available to first-time players opening new accounts. Tip Top Bingo will use its background checks of new players (also used to verify age and eligibility) to assess whether this player has opened a Tip Top Bingo account in the past or not.
The Tip Top Bingo welcome offer for new players is £50 in free-play bonus cash when you deposit £10 into your new account. This 500% bonus is decent, although the £50 cap makes it pretty unremarkable. You do get 10 free spins at one of Tip Top Bingo’s popular slot games.
Also like other online casino bonuses, the Tip Top Bingo bonus comes with a wagering and playthrough requirement to keep you from immediately pocketing your bonus cash as a windfall profit. You must bet the bonus amount a certain number of times before you can withdraw it. This requirement is meant to hook you on the casino’s gameplay, win back your bonus for the house, or whatever else will make the bonus a profitable marketing expense for the casino. And there’s nothing wrong with that--they cannot just go around splashing free cash.
However--and this is a big ‘but’--Tip Top Bingo’s wagering requirement is somewhat substantial to say the least, at 85x the bonus. That’s on the big side.
Different games within Tip Top Bingo also contribute different amounts to the wagering requirement, so check out each one.
Other Promotions
We found it quite difficult to find anything about other promotions on this site--even when navigating to the Promotions section where we were met with a big fat--well, nothing. Almost a blank screen aside from a mention of “a constant stream of top of the line promotions” and “weekly and monthly offers” as well as “unique and thought-out prizes.”
That’s great news indeed--but what, where and how? There is no search function on this site and its nav bar is somewhat sparse too, so we were left feeling a little frustrated.
Does Tip Top Bingo Have a Loyalty Program?
Without an established or branded loyalty program, extended gameplay on Tip Top Bingo rewards players with “points,” sometimes referred to as “coins” or “bingo points.” You get one for each £5 you play, or 0.35 points for each card. Only cash payments for bingo cards add to your coin balance.
Points can be redeemed from the “My Account” window. As such, they are not terribly valuable, with 10,000 points redeemable for £1. That doesn’t sound overly generous.
Tip Top Bingo points also have the disadvantage of expiring. If you make no cash wagers for 30 days, your entire point balance is forfeited and you have to start earning from scratch.
Loyal players can take advantage of weekly bonus promotions offering thousands of points at a time, as well as redemption opportunities for and gifts of spa vouchers, hotel vouchers, and other attractive gifts. Bonuses are also available to players inducted into an invitation-only VIP program. But as before--at least, if you haven’t signed up yet--finding mention of these things is a challenge on the site.
What Deposit Methods Does Tip Top Bingo Offer?
Players at Tip Top Bingo have several options for deposits into their bankroll. Currencies accepted include Canadian Dollars (CAD), Euros (EUR), British Pounds (GBP) and US Dollars (USD).
Make your deposit by:
- Phone. Call a Tip Top Bingo telephone agent toll free at 0808-238-9836 in the UK, 44-203-713-9046 worldwide, to make a deposit by phone.
- Credit Card. All applicable currencies can be funded into your Tip Top Bingo account using major credit cards processed by Visa or MasterCard. Visa cards are preferred. (Our note: UK players will be unable to fund by credit card for any gambling anywhere, from April 2020, due to new legislation).
- Debit Card. Visa debit cards represent one of the fastest ways to get money into your Tip Top Bingo bankroll, since they come directly from the attached bank account.
- PayPal. One of the oldest, most popular, and most trusted e-wallets, which you can use to make deposits by credit card, debit card, bank account, or funds in your PayPal account balance.
- Apple Pay. Tip Top Bingo distinguishes itself by accepting payments from Apple’s signature mobile wallet, which can act as a conduit for credit card, debit card, or checking account payments.
- Wire Transfer. Wire transfer is an older form of electronic payment that utilizes landline telephone technology, largely replaced by digital ACH … but Tip Top Bingo does not accept ACH. If you want to make a direct draft from a checking or savings account, wire transfer is the best option. It also tends to be the option that takes the longest to fund.
What Withdrawal Methods Does Tip Top Bingo Offer?
Different withdrawal methods take different time periods for the transaction to complete. Take into account processing, transaction, and completion times when considering the different withdrawal methods and clearance.
Approved Tip Top Bingo withdrawal methods include:
- Credit Card. Credit card withdrawals are one of the easiest ways to transfer money out of your Tip Top Bingo bankroll, with 4-7 business days required to process Visa and MasterCard transactions.
- Debit Card. Like credit card withdrawals, debit card withdrawals from your Tip Top Bingo account take 4-7 business days to process and complete.
- UK Mastercard. UK MasterCard payments are one of the quickest ways to withdraw funds from your bankroll, typically taking between 3-5 business days to process.
- PayPal. Funds received in a PayPal account can either be transferred to a bank account or kept in PayPal to make other payments. Expect payments to be available to you in 4-5 business days, one of the fastest processing times available.
- Wire Transfer. With ACH still not available, Wire Transfers can remit funds from your bankroll directly to your bank account, although it is still one of the longest transfer options at 7-10 business days to fully complete.
Is Tip Top Bingo a Safe Place to Play?
Player feedback is mostly positive, but others have noted the lack of chat support, which undermines players’ confidence in the commitment of Tip Top Bingo to customer satisfaction.
Tip Top Bingo players must also contend with stiff withdrawal limits — £3,000 per day, £6,000 per week, £15,000 per month. This may be above the bankroll of most players, but withdrawal limits like this would often indicate liquidity concerns.
From a player’s perspective, too, this is painful--it not only takes away the excitement of a big win, but older players may question if they’ll live long enough to see the full cash sum! And given that bingo and slots do attract the older audience… hmm.
Bottom Line
Tip Top Bingo offers the kind of quality players expect of a Cassava/888 production, with an attractive site, informative bingo room portals, a decent welcome bonus, and mobile optimization. The site also includes a beefy selection of popular slots. Yet for a site called “Tip Top Bingo,” there is remarkably little bingo happening here, and certainly not with the possibility of the big payouts and progressive jackpots you see on older sites with a larger fan base. It’s hard to shake the notion that Tip Top Bingo isn’t ready for prime time, and won’t be until it gets enough bingo action to justify its name.
However, it does distinguish itself with a slightly better bonus than some of its contemporaries and a cheeky, mischievous community of players who make the sideline chatter a little extra fun. It also takes both PayPal and Apple Pay, so delivers unusually good payments flexibility.
A big downside now: restricted countries. Need we say more? Well, yes, because there’s a whopping list with some odd and unexpected inclusions—like Sweden, Israel, and even Gibraltar itself: Albania; Antigua and Barbuda; Armenia; Australia; Azerbaijan; Belarus; Belgium; Bosnia and Herzegovina; Bulgaria; Croatia; Czech Republic; Denmark; Estonia; France; Gibraltar; Hungary; Indonesia; Israel; Italy; Latvia; Lithuania; Macedonia; Malaysia; Moldova; Montenegro; Romania; Russia; Slovakia; Slovenia; South Africa; Spain; Sweden; Turkey; Ukraine; United States (sadly for us).
It’s therefore hard to imagine choosing this one over competitors, and with its expiring loyalty points, you even have something else to lose besides your money. Far from being tip-top, this one feels like it still has some growing to do.
