On to the next criticisms and it’s one that could be taken one of two ways: our greed or the casino’s stingy behavior. 

I am of course talking about the promotions and bonuses available, or should I say the lack of noteworthy ones. We’re at a place in the industry currently where a 25% bonus or a £150 bonus over four different bonuses just doesn’t get people excited anymore, and that’s true with Live Roulette. 

I’m not alone in my opinion either. One player review suggested, “The welcome offers aren’t anywhere near as generous as those being offered by some other competitors out there in online casino land.” 

However, remaining on the same subject, the player continued, “I suspect it was the small size of these bonuses which actually led to me converting them into withdrawable funds, rather than being tied up with endless wagering that caused me to lose the cash won from my initial lucky hits.”

The issue isn’t something worth avoiding the casino over, but it is something that, again, we would like to see tweaked in the future. 

Bottom line
