This seriously lessens the diversity of slots and table games you can play on the site. The video poker section seems to have slightly more to offer than the table games and “21” games sections with 16 total selections of video poker to play. Specialty Games

This is the catch-all section for every other game on the site that does not fit into the other sections, although it does include both blackjack and poker games. The section is rounded out with some random video gambling games named Fish Catch, Banana Jones, and Treasure Tree.  

Overall, because each of these games is powered by the same software engine, the games in each category have a very similar look and feel to others in the same section. This can make for a monotonous time if you only play one style of game.

Can I Play Dreams Casino On My Mobile Device?

Dreams Casino does say that it has mobile capabilities, although they do not have a specifically designed app for iOS or Android mobile. You can play on a mobile device such as a tablet or smartphone through a web browser.

Dreams Casino exclusively uses US Dollars (USD) as their currency of choice for “simplicity”. However, they do state that you can use any type of currency to make a deposit and the site will credit your account in USD at the current true bank exchange rate. They also accept deposits and offer withdrawals in cryptocurrency (Bitcoin only).

Is Dreams Casino a Reputable Place to Play?

Dreams Casino has a mountain of bad player reviews, customer complaints, and blacklist warnings or do not recommend warnings around the internet. The reason behind this is because   the company that operates the site, the GamblingWages Group, and their parent company, the Virtual Casino Group, are rough online casino operators who have a well-documented reputation of being dishonest and incredibly hard to deal with when it comes to withdrawing funds.

Virtual Casino Group’s online casinos have many methods of delaying payment and you can find many players on different internet forums who share similar stories about this problem. The tactics they use to slow or stop players from getting the money they are owed include a purposefully slow withdrawal process, asking for proof of ID over and over again in order to stall on payments, and poor and consistently unavailable customer service.

Common examples of this include anecdotes about the casino repeatedly asking for different forms of documentation for banking accounts and identification. First, one representative will ask for the documents then say they are not valid. The dispute will be escalated to another “manager” and the process will continue to play out no matter how much information people send. The reps who are holding up the money are often described as very rude and hard to deal with.

One point to note about Dreams Casino specifically is that although many players complain bitterly about incredibly slow withdrawals, more players seem to report eventually getting their money than is the case with certain other Virtual Casino Group properties.

Bottom Line

The bottom line for Dreams Casino is that it does not seem to be run by a reputable company. Any casino that makes you struggle so much to get paid, if they pay out at all, is not a casino with which you want to do business. Unfortunately, this is exactly what their parent company is known for, which means Dreams Casino should be avoided. There are sites online where you will see good reviews but there are so many more where their sketchy business practices are discussed.  

Ultimately, with so many other more trustworthy and reliable online casinos, why would you waste your time with a casino like this? In fact, there are plenty of great options that offer better bonuses, promotions, and loyalty programs as well as a wider selection of games and a more diverse software lineup. This site has been blacklisted in multiple places so playing there is simply not advisable.  The sheer quantity of online complaints from players who have struggled to get paid or have not gotten paid at all gives Dreams Casino such a low overall score.
